LOST Episode 6.1: Aw Heck, Juliet, What Have You Done?

OMG.

How psyched am I for this season of LOST? If my end of Season Five blog was any indication, you’ll know the answer is SO EXCITED. I’ve been telling everyone I know about the coming of the new season for the last three weeks.

For tonight, I wanted to do a play-by-play blog post about how in-friggin-crazy everything is, BUT then I got carried away watching the show.

So I’m gonna set up an easy chart for you folk to check out, and put some point form thoughts below, so next week we can have a super-productive discussion. * WHY is the whole island under water? What the heck, guys?!
* Listen, listen: Desmond was never supposed to be on the plane in the first place. So even in crazy alternate dimension world, this makes no sense. Aw great, now he’s disappeared. That’s probably worse than him being there in the first place!
* It makes me upset that everyone is forgetting about bleedy Sayid to save Juliet. Not that I don’t like Juliet. I just like Sawyer+Kate more. Dum dee dum…
* At least we are back in the 2000’s again and not the 1970’s.
* Why does no one on the Island remember about Jacob? Wasn’t this a big thing last year?
* The Ajira Airplane guys are supposed to be… Jacob’s body guards? That probably makes the least sense of everything else.
* Can I say how much I am NOT loving the random Aztec-ish temple? Why didn’t they get Jin to translate for Mr. Miyagi, I mean, Random Temple Leader Guy?
* Dear Jack: that is not how CPR works in real life.

But finally, and most importantly,

* HOW COULD IT HAVE WORKED?!

I hope you guys will be back next week, when maybe we’ll have a few more… answers? Probably more like questions! What are your thoughts on this week? Do you understand more than I do? Are you psyched too?
