Lucky 13

January 13th, 2006

I, for one, LOVE Friday the 13th. While it’s unlucky for most people, #13 brings good luck to Italians, and here’s proof:

I’m walking down the hall this morning when I just happen to run into my absolute FAVOURITE hockey player of all time – Doug Gilmour! You can’t understand how much I still love this man. He said hello and although it took me about 5 seconds to realize who I was talking to, when I did I became like a 14-year old Good Charlotte fan. My face got red, my voice got all high and I ran back to my desk squealing with delight.

I see famous people around Much all the time and never really get star-struck, but an amazing hockey player will get me every time. Especially when they are SO nice.

On an unrelated note, that guy who broke his leg killing a spider is my hero.
