Miley, Charlie and more!
January 27th, 2014
Tonight’s Grammy Awards were a tough test for me, a born crier. I held my shizz together when my boo Bruno Mars dedicated his win to his late mother. I stayed strong during Taylor Swift’s performance of All Too Well, which I have professed my love for on this site. I even kept my cucumber-like coolness when Lorde’s parents were SOOOOO excited that their daughter won a Grammy.
But I am only human, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis played dirty when it came to toying with my tear ducts. The duo performed their human rights anthem Same Love along with Mary Lambert and Madonna. Cool, right? Oh, and they took a little break in the middle of the song so that Queen Latifah could officiate 30 weddings. THE COOLEST.
Are you guys kidding me with this? Look at that happiness!
Couples of all different shapes and sizes and sexual orientations united in love and marriage? BRB, gotta go dry heave/ugly cry.
Even Anna Kendrick can’t get enough of this lovefest!
At least I’m not the only one crying! Well done, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. Consider the show and my heart completely stolen.
Check out the beautiful performance below and prepare for the blubber-age.Tweet
