Madonna and Lourdes start fashion line

Madonna is breaking her daughter Lourdes Leon into one of her industries: fashion.

Madge is teaming up with the Iconix Brand Group, Inc. to begin her own fashion empire, part of which is a junior clothing collection appropriately named Material Girl.

Lourdes will join her mom by helping inspire and design clothes for the line, which will be sold at Macy’s come August. Material Girl will be affordable too! Stuff like apparel, footwear, handbags and jewelry will range between $12 and $40.

Next year, Material Girl will be looking to get into beauty products and fragrances.
