Madonna has no sympathy for her high ticket prices

A decent ticket to a Madonna concert will cost you $300. For the average fan, it’s at least a few levels above “affordable.” Madonna’s response: suck it up.

The tickets for the Material Girl’s live shows are a popular item everywhere and the pop star diva recently addressed the issue of fans complaining about how expensive her concert tickets are. “Start saving your pennies now,” said the 53-year-old. “People spend $300 on crazy things all the time, things like handbags. So work all year, scrape the money together, and come to my show. I’m worth it.”

Well that’s one way to promote your humility as an artist with an upcoming new tour ahead.
