I’m exhausted today… I hosted a Live@Much yesterday with Girlicious, and it’s crazy how emotionally exhausting it is. Seriously, the amount of energy a show like that takes out of you is overwhelming. Nobody seems to understand though… “you just sit there and talk”… ya, that’s all that I do. Ha.

Anyway the show was pretty good, I enjoyed it for the most part. I can’t get over how hard those girls work. They rehearsed for over an hour before the show and I’m talking full speed, full on rehearsal, no going through the motions, which is unheard of here at Much – especially after having had a show the night before. They finished the Live@Much, drove to Niagara Falls to do a show that night, and they have another show tonight here in Toronto. That’s quite the work ethic for a group whose oldest member is 20 years old.

What I’m saying is I’m tired as shit, dragging my feet today but I guess everyone has the same saga. The weather doesn’t help. The gray skies and constant rain definitely don’t do wonders for your spirits… ha…let me whine.

David Suzuki said years ago that in 15 years Canada will have a tropical climate, and while I’m sure most people thought he was crazy and dismissed that idea rather quickly, it’s starting to feel more and more like monsoon season. God only knows what’s to come… hopefully you’re all doing your part for the environment!
