Yep, hi there. Time for another one of Matt’s Weekly Tunes segments, which I know you all love oh, so dearly. Here’s a list of songs that I’ve been listening to a ton since last Monday or so. And since this is usually on a Friday, I guess you can throw these tunes onto a playlist for the week to come. You’ll love these ones. A bit from every genre (sorta). Some indie/alternative, some funk, some baroque pop/soul, some electronic/Ezra. And yes. Ezra gets a genre of his own. I mean, he is only a genius. Not that Florence isn’t a genius. I lahv Florence.
“7/4 (Shoreline)” – Broken Social Scene (Broken Social Scene, 2005)
“Love You Madly” – Cake (Comfort Eagle, 2001)
“Howl” - Florence + The Machine (Lungs, 2009)
“The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance” – Vampire Weekend (Vampire Weekend, 2008)
ENJOY. BYE.
(ps: Definitely drop me a comment below with some stuff that you like. Always open to some new music!)
