Yes!!

NME has posted this year’s Mercury Prize nominees. Within the list are two former winners (last year’s Arctic Monkeys as well as Dizzee Rascal).

I am STRONGLY pulling for Maps, who no one has ever heard of, but bloody well should (I’ll post more on this tomorrow) as well as Klaxons, who I think are very strong contenders. Or MAYBE Jamie T, who I love and can’t wait to see at Virgin Fest.
