Metric @ VFest Toronto 2007

Metric’s awesome. You know it, I certainly know it, your dog knows it and your mama knows it (and she UGLY!). Their true beacon of shining badassness is most evident when they take the stage - but also, sometimes it’s tough to snag Metric concert tickets!

If you haven’t seen these guys get BIZZ-ZAY on stage, fear not! The time has come for you to witness their greatness because soon, they’ll be releasing “Live At The Metropolis”, a concert DVD filmed in Montreal during their Live It Out tour. Which means, of course, that you’ll see old and new favourites such as “Combat Baby” (!), “Empty” (!!), “Poster Of A Girl” (!!!) and “Hustle Rose” (!!!!)! Plus, the DVD features three music videos from Live It Out. So there.

Ok, the bad news is you can’t buy it til February. But starting the second week of December, itunes is selling a combo deal to promote the release - 3 live tracks and the DVD trailer for 99 cents! I’d buy THAT for a dollar. Oh, wait.
