Metric release video for Youth Without Youth

Metric have released the video for their first single off the Canadian band’s fifth studio album with Youth Without Youth. The debut single is an uptempo rock track that captures the energy and ferocity of Metric’s previous hits, such as Help I’m Alive and Stadium Rock from 2009′s Fantasies.

In addition to recording their album Synthetica, which was released today, Metric have also spent the past year recording the soundtrack for David Cronenberg’s film Cosmopolis, which was shot in Toronto last year and stars Twilight actor Edward Cullen.
