Michael Jackson’s Family to Attend Murray Hearing

Michael Jackson’s family will attend the hearing of Dr. Conrad Murray Monday in Los Angeles. Dr. Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson and more than a dozen of his family members are expected to attend along with a huge representation of media.

The hearing on Monday won’t settle any major disputes but the agenda includes assigning a judge, setting a preliminary hearing date and reviewing a medical board request to remove Murray’s license.

TMZ has reported that Dr. Murray’s major defense will be that Michael killed himself by taking too much Propofol. Their sources say that his father is very upset about the rumored defense.

The hearing is set to begin at 1:30 pm PT.
