Last night Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were spotted at a Chapters book store in Ottawa. Okay, before we even discuss why they’re in Ottawa, let’s talk about the fact that this is yet another international star hitting up a Canadian mainstay. A few days ago we reported that Drake hit up a Shoppers Drug Mart. Now Miley and Liam are at Chapters?! What’s next? One Direction hitting up Toronto for poutine? Oh right, they already did that.

Apparently Liam is filming a project in Ottawa and Miley came along for the ride. They were fresh off a trip to Costa Rica and we bet they weren’t ready for the -22 degree weather we’re experiencing in Ontario. It’s also reported that they went into Chapters not wearing winter jackets. Are you kidding me? This isn’t The Hunger Games, Liam. There are plenty of jackets to go around.
