As a huge fan of Us Weekly‘s “Stars: They’re Just Like Us!” section, sometimes it is easy to lose sight on the fact that these images were taken usually most likely without the consent of the person being photographed. I can only imagine how it must feel to be grabbing some late night eats from 7-11 in sweatpants and some man popping out of the bushes with a camera in my face, taking photos that will circle the globe in two seconds flat. That’s a lot of pressure to always look good and appear red carpet ready at all times, not to mention dealing with the idea that privacy is no longer a right but a privilege. It’s not all glitz and glamour for the stars that we love.

And luckily Miley Cyrus provided us all with a reminder with an uploaded video of her taking a walk with her dogs and a friend. A paparazzo jumped out of a car with a handicap sign just to take her photo and Miley pulled out her camera capturing what it looks like to be paparazzi-stalked. Miley talks narrates the footage saying, “… he was driving around in a handicap vehicle recklessly while I walk in a neighborhood full of children, praying he doesn’t hit a small child or one of my dogs. Miley continued, “Lost 2 already this year, don’t wanna go through that again.” Miley also wondered out loud sarcastically, “Isn’t it fun being filmed when you’re on a walk?”

At least we know we haven’t lost any of that sass and we can look forward to a more edgy Miley as she just signed with RCA Records. Miley was previously signed to Hollywood Records and after Can’t Be Tamed, Miley has been wanting to create something more her. What’s more her than collaborating with Tyler, The Creator and Pharrell? We’re super excited to hear what’s next for Miley!
