Miley quits Twitter

Some very sad news to report. Miley Cyrus has quit Twitter.

Miley Cyrus fans will have much less access to the Hannah Montana star, effective immediately.

When fans went to Miley’s Twitter page today – as we do every morning before checking my email – we were greeted with the tragic line, “sorry, that page does not exist.”

The reason? Her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth disapproves of the site.

Fans aren’t the only ones devastated by the star’s decision. Even her father Billy Ray has weighed in, pleading on Twitter: “Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness… You can’t leave everyone now. We r countin on u.”

  2. I think it is stupid for Miley to quit Twitter. If she quit because of people making fun of her, she should have just sucked it up and blocked them. Whether your famous or not, not everyone loves you. Miley known the downfalls to being a celebertie, so she already knew what was coming. It is dumb because if she can’t take people making fun of her on the internet, to her face, ect she should just quit being a celebertie. I love Miley but she knows not everyone can love you, and when you are famous there are triple the amount of people that love you, and hate you. Thats just what I think.
