MMVA07: Alexisonfire Encore!

So, all of you at home think the MMVAs are over, but guess who just took the John Street stage again, at 11:05pm ET? Alexisonfire! They just performed two extra songs! They performed Mailbox Arson (or as Dan would call it, Letter Bomb ;)) and now they’re re-doing This Could Be Anywhere In The World. No one has budged from the John Street crowd. Incredible! What a treat for us all!

and it was just AMAZING!.

Amazing. I go to every one of Alexisonfire’s shows that I can. I’ve never been let down… easily the best band ever. Seeing AOF play was the biggest reason I went to the MMVA’s and then they play a set at the end of the show…? Made my life. George, Wade, Dallas, Steele, Jordan - you guys own.

That’s so cool! Damn, now I wish I went downtown (i’m from Markham). Alexisonfire are great guys for always performing free shows. It was around this time last year (well last Friday it would have been exactly one year) the band were performing an amazing free concert right behind the chum building in that parking lot. Keep us posted on whats going on right now!!!!!!
