MMVA08: NKOTB Medley!

New Kids On The Block are doing a deadly medley right now. Choreographed and everything. I saw them rehearse it late last night and I swear Donnie looked into my eyes. Now they’re closing out the show with an old school asskicking - a medley of their hits, and it goes something like this:

I wish I could see more of NKOTB perform instead of crowd and arial shots. The whole reason why I watched the MMVA’s was to see them, and the camera hardly showed their performance. Actually, the camera crew barely showed any performances of any of the artists on last night. It was mostly arial and crowd shots. It was terrible. Hopefully next years awards show will be better broadcast, and maybe, we as viewers might be able to actually watch the performances, instead of the watching the crowd singing along with the songs!

Well honestly I wasn’t too interested in the fact that NKOTB were performing. The boy band times are gone. Don’t get me wrong though, I respect what they’ve done in all their careers, but seriously I would’ve preferred the CANADIAN boys of Hedley to close out the show. You heard the fans when they played “Never Too Late”. Hedley by far was the best performers last night. Sooo yeah NKOTB, maybe I didn’t enjoy NKOTB because they’re careers were in their prime before I was even born. Soo next year put the Foo Fighters on the card for live performances. Foo Fighters are honestly one of the best live bands in the world. They put on a show. So more Hedley and Foo Fighters, please and thank you.

I am so excited that FINALLY NKOTB are performing again!!! I loved them since I was 14 years old!!! Seeing this performance gave me goose bumps. Can’t wait till I see them live in Edmonton in November. Great Job Guys! Thank You so much for coming back again. We missed your “positivity”!!!!!

Hey all, NKOTB was pretty good lastnight and they totally (still) rock!!! Frankley Shannel, That was not cool of you to say about the guys! If you don’t have anything nice to say (about them) don’t say anything at all! Anyway, I hope to go see them in concert (in Sept) and Jordon is so cool! Love you all guys!

well…i got something interesting that all of u GIRLS would die if it happened to u….i was on the left side of the stage…all good..enjoying the show…then i see DONNIE walking towards us…i reached out to touch him…and he grabbed my arm!!i think he wanted to pull me up on the stage…but i couldn’t i was stuck! anyways…soo instead he comes close to me…and he kissed me!! and then he said ” i love everyone from TORONTO!” i was shocked!! i felt bad cuz i’m not a fan of NKOTB! BUT THEY were great!! too bad it didn’t show on tv cuz the camara was focus from far! and by the time it got to him…he was already walking away and i was turning around all shocked!! anyways! IT WAS THE BEST NIGHT EVER!!!NKOTB!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONE THE FREAKING LIPS!!!!!!!! i was shoookeddd!!! all the girls around me were saying ” OMG HE KISSED U OMG HE KISSED U!!!!!!!” it was the best night of my life!!! NKOTB RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, yesterday when I posted I missed the NKOTBs preformance. Now I have saw it…after 15yrs they still have the RIGHT STUFF however Much Music I am sorry to put you down but you should have done more with the band. You should not have been showing the ppl in the crowd. That was STUPID to say the least. We waited for 15yrs for Jordan, Jonathan, Donnie, Danny and Joey to come back and all we saw was quick shots of them and these ppl in the crowd which was for all of the preformance. The NKOTB should and was most important. I am sorry again.
NKOTB, you were wonderful and you still have it. I am glad to see that you are back at it again and I wish you all of the luck..I am still a big fan. You guys are back hanging tough with the right stuff. YYYYYAYAAAAAAAA!!!

The camera work sucks big time! And everybody was right… focusing those people instead of the performers are what this mediocre cameramen are doing! Were they trying to impress televiewers that they have a panaglide camera flying all over? Thats oldschool!!! What a disappointment! I just wasted my time watching those shrieking fans instead of the show! Please fire them(production staff) all!

Their performance was amazing! I agree that if the cameras weren’t on the fans the entire time then that would have been better but other than that it was AMAZING. I can’t wait for there concert in November! <333

Well, I loved every second of it. Yes, they were off key at some points, big deal. They looked hot, especially in the white outfits..yum!, and I liked their choreography. It was very entertaing to watch. I can’t wait for September as well. Like everyone says, if you dont’t like it, don’t watch it. It’s as simple as that..and if you hated it so much, why watch the whole thing, and then actually take time to post rude comments. That, I jsut don’t get.
Keep it going NKOTB, you guys are doing great!
