MOD: What If You Found $$ On The Street?

This morning the MOD crew got into a discussion about finding money on the street and what they would do? There were a lot of different opinions in this matter. What if you found money on the street - would you consider reporting it? If you were walking on the street and you found about $5000 bundled with an elastic band, would you just take it and buy yourself a new LCD TV, or would you report the lost money to the police? Perhaps the money belongs to a family who is paying for their bills this month? Then again, does anyone carry that much cash in their wallet anymore? Everyone seems to pay their bills online. If it’s a smaller amount of money, does it make it okay to keep it for yourself?
Well, we want to hear from you! Have you ever found money and reported it? Have you ever found money and went on a shopping spree with that money?

If i found money i would probley keep it and give it to charity, cuz who would leave money around like that!

I think that it all depends on the amount found. But at the same time I’m thinking about what I could do with the money. So, I figure it all depends on what your gutt says to do…..spend it or report it. Its a tough call tough. Just a shout out to all the MOD staff. Matt and Leah, you guys are killer together.
