* It’s International Women’s Day, y’all! Last night was a big night, not just for filmmakers, but for women. Kathryn Bigelow was the first woman to ever win an Oscar for Best Director. Get down wich yo bad self, K Beebs!

* Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder attended this past weekend’s PaleyFest to promote the Vampire Diaries. If one or all three of them could explain to me what the PaleyFest is, that would be superb.

* Tik Tok singer Ke$ha recently revealed that she wears her placenta around her neck everyday “because it is supposed to give you second sight.” I don’t wanna hate on anyone’s spirituality…but ew.

* While on the Oscars red carpet last night, Cameron Diaz responded to questions about reuniting with ex Justin Timberlake for the upcoming film Bad Teacher. Said Diaz, “We’re thrilled to have him. He’s the best person for the job. He’s going to be hilarious… He’s clearly a very talented comedian, look at his ‘Saturday Night Live’. He’s fantastic, he’s going to be so great.” Heads up J-Biel! Don’t let anyone ‘Angelina’ yo’ man!

* Foo Fighters announced that they are going to start recording a new album in September. Hmmm…Dave Grohl has more side projects than Ryan Seacrest. I’ll believe when I see it.
