It’s been proven and documented throughout history that Monday is the worst day of the week.
From the moment you open your eyes, you know it’s gonna be a long day.
The thought of facing the world all over again, after a weekend of relaxation, just makes you want to crawl back underneath your covers.
You require more caffeine than usual just to get through the day.
And even then you feel useless at school/work.
The tiniest annoyances suddenly become the world’s most irritating thing on Earth.
Heck, there was a song written about our hatred of Mondays.
By now, you’ve probably given up on the day and you’re just counting down the hours till it’s bedtime.
But it’s okay because before you know it, you’ll wake up and it’ll be Tuesday! One step closer to the weekend again!
So if you’re having a typical bad Monday, just brush it off, tell yourself it’s going to end real soon and say good riddance to the worst day of the week for another six whole days.
