Last year’s hugely successful casting call is back to find another amazing voice to be the winner of this year’s Covers! We loved hearing all the amazing covers submitted last year and this year we’re opening the casting call to everyone aged 13 years old and up! We may have lowered the age of entry, but we’ve raised the stakes! The winner of this year’s Covers will win a huge prize pack, including a digital song release AND a music video for their very own original song!

In 2011, Danyka Nadeau wowed Canada with her amazing covers of artists like Avril Lavigne and Ke$ha, catapulting her into super-stardom! Since winning Covers, Danyka co-wrote a Coca-Cola Canada anthem with Slow Motion Victory, performed in front of 20,000 fans at Vancouver’s We Day, wrote her own 4-track EP (check it out here on iTunes) and is working on two new tracks AND a collaboration with Taio Cruz!

We’ve got six new songs for you to cover and make your own, including:
