Muse debut their Olmpic-themed video for Survivor

After announcing last week that their song Survivor had been selected as the official song of the 2012 Olympic Games in London this summer, Muse have now released a music video for the uplifting track. Singing about bravery and courage, the song is backed by an inspiring video montage taken from past Olympic Games.

Muse’s song Survivor will be used throughout the Games, including during medal ceremonies and when the athletes first enter their arenas. Lead singer Matt Bellamy wrote the song with the Olympics in mind, saying Survivor is “about total conviction and pure determination to win.”
