I actually never thought I would get the opportunity to spend a whole day on set of one of my favorite shows! And Degrassi is not just one of my favorite shows now that I work at MuchMusic. I have watched Degrassi since I was a kid. We’re talking Degrassi Junior High people! You know, with Joey Jeremiah, Snake, Spike, Wheels and the whole gang. So talk about nostalgia.

Even though a lot has changed since the old Degrassi days, some things never change! One of the best parts of my day was running into Stefan Brogren aka “Snake”. We all know him as the principal of Degrassi, but he’s become a regular series producer and directed many episodes since 2007. Basically he was the coolest and I think he knew how badly I wanted to meet him. That was just one of MANY surprises during My Time @ Degrassi and I couldn’t possibly list them all.

But be sure to watch the whole adventure on Tuesday Oct 25 at 10 PM ET on MuchMusic right after the Degrassi Fall special “Nowhere To Run”.
