Nas Pleads Not Guilty to Kelis’ Contempt Accusation

Things are starting to get messy in the divorce proceedings of Kelis and Nas. On Friday morning Kelis’ lawyer alleged Nas owes more than $200,000 in child and spousal support on top of attorney’s fees. Her lawyer had filed a contempt motion previously because Nas had refused to pay his due. However, today Nas’ attorney said the rapper pled not guilt.

We will have to wait to see how this all plays out. The contempt hearing will be held next month and a lot is at stake. If found guilty, Nas could face prison time.
