Ne-Yo Held By Authorities In Norway

Ne-Yo was detained in Oslo, Norway on Saturday after a member of his entourage allegedly assaulted a busboy. According to reports, Ne-Yo was celebrating at the Emil & Samuel restaurant in downtown Oslo after a performance when a patron grabbed a girl who was partying with the singer. A kerfuffle ensued, and at some point in the meleee, a punch landed in a busboy’s face, knocking him out.

Apparently, Norwegian police immediately detained and searched Ne-Yo and his camp.

“All in all this is an unfortunate situation involving the artist, Emil & Samuel and the concert management,” the owner of Emil & Samuel said in a statement.
