New Indie Queen Lana Del Rey covers British Vogue

You’ve been living under a rock if you haven’t heard of Lana Del Rey. She only has two music videos and a handful of singles, but the blogosphere and the music scene are gushing over her. Calling herself the “gangster Nancy Sinatra,” her melancholic voice and luscious look immediately made her a new music icon.

She’s been on the cover of a few magazines, including Interview Russia, Complex and Billboard, but British Vogue is her first high fashion cover shoot. And she looks stunning!

Rey has been signed on to Next Model Management, so she definitely knows a thing or two about pouting and smizing. But Miss Lana is seriously working on working those designer labels, including Prada, Viktor & Rolf, and Meadham Kirchhoff, to name a few.

Her debut album, Born To Die, came out January 27th and we’re loving the dramatic flair of the tracks. As fashion’s new muse and music’s new starlet, Lana is a staggering overnight sensation. British Vogue is just the beginning!
