New Moon had its premiere in Los Angeles Monday night, where some fans had been waiting since Thursday to get a peek at the cast.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the New Moon cast all appeared in front of the fan frenzy.

R-Patz said it’s still an “insane ride” for him…

“I mean this still seems like it’s completely separate to my life. I mean it seems like I just, you know, you’ve got the golden ticket. And you’re kind of having this insane ride that you’ll only be able to understand in 20 years. I mean it’s kind of crazy.”

K-Stew said she appreciates the chance to be in something as big as the Twilight phenomenon.

“I get to share what I love to do with an extraordinary amount of people, which actors just don’t get the opportunity to do. This is, I mean no matter like what kind of movies I want to make or what I do. This is definitely like a once in a lifetime thing.”

And Taylor, well, he’s still trying to accept that they have no time for anything else right now.

“I think the biggest thing is my schedule. We are very, very busy. But we’re doing what we love.”
