New Oasis Track: Falling Down

OK, I’m liveblogging this. Edge 102 has the premiere of a new Oasis track from their forthcoming album Dig Out Your Soul, which is out October 7. It’s not the first single (that’ll be The Shock of the Lightning, premiering on August 15 in Canada), but it’s called Falling Down and right now I’m hearing a Chemical Brothers remix of it. Noel’s voice sounds EPIC. Phenomenal. I love, love, love Noel-sung songs. It’s very smooth and luscious.

Ohhh now they’re playing it a second time, back to back! AMAZING. I cannot wait to hear more Oasis stuff!

Just finished listening to it and it’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I cannot wait to see them at Vfest this year!

Here’s a little thought: what if The Chemical Brothers is one of those bands yet to be announced for vfest? Just imagine a live collaboration with Oasis and the Chemical Brothers!!!

The Chemical Brothers have nothing scheduled past August 30th so who knows!!
