New Pornographers Make A Video To Remind People of Oil Spill

Canadian rockers The New Pornographers have teamed up with Oxfam and created a new video about the BP oil spill in the Gulf Coast for their song “Sweet Talk, Sweet Talk.”

The video mixes images of animals in their oil filled habitat and of the people on the coast. Some of the people in the video are smiling and clapping and reflect the video’s message of rehabilitation.

The video starts with an intro with three of the band’s awkward members, A.C. Newman, Neko Case and Kathryn Calder who remind us that the area is still in need. Check it out below.
