News for Wednesday: Earth Day, Fashion, and (Noel) Gallagher speaks

* It’s Earth Day! Turn off your computer and go outside! In the rain! Right. Well, maybe just turn off your lights.

* Audrina Partridge, of the Hills fame, is gonna be an angel. For a PETA campaign. Interesting news, from the girl who shaved a cat.

* Everyone is trying to start fashion trends today: Nicole Richie‘s getting her own jewelery line, Lauren Conrad is designing an “affordable fashion” line, and Rachel Bilson is gonna start writing a fashion column.

* Noel Gallagher is talking about an Oasis hiatus… and insulting his brother, as usual. Let’s see what else is on. And by that I mean read a book, because it’s Earth Day.
