Nick Jonas gives back to diabetes patients

Nick Jonas has joined forces with Bayer Diabetes to benefit five of his fans who also have diabetes.

Nick and Bayer have launched a contest called “Give Back Simply Win” in which fans are asked to submit stories about how they have helped their communities. Five lucky winners will get to meet the Jonas Bro and have a cash prize donated to a charity of their choice.

Nick himself suffers from Type 1 diabetes and acts as an ambassador for the cause, even testifying in front of the U.S. Senate to promote research into the disease.
