Nicki Ditches Diddy

Nicki Minaj has ditched Sean “Diddy” Combs as her management and heads for the same label as Drake and Lil’ Wayne.

The rapper has recently signed a deal with Gee Roberson and Kyambo “HipHop” Joshua after terminating her relationship with Diddy and his partner James Cruz.

Roberson & Joshua used to manage another popular female rapper, Lil’ Kim, but she switched over to the management of Fendi earlier this year. Fendi is credited with launching Nicki Minaj’s career in the first place.

So we’ve come full circle in the rap world.

The circulating rumour is Minaj signed with Diddy expecting him to be more hands on with handling her career. When she realized that wasn’t the case, she jumped ship.
