Mary J. Blige is saying no to the drama and yes to loving life with her new fragrance, “My Life Blossom.” The perfume is a follow up to her wildly successful first fragrance, “My Life“, which sold 60,000 units on the Home Shopping Network just six hours after its release.

Mary says the sweet and feminine fragrance was inspired by wanting to surround herself with positivity and optimism. “My Life Blossom is a fresh beautiful fragrance with notes of mandarin and tuberose,” the singer says. “It’s light and positive, the true embodiment of self-love and clarity. It represents the blossom that me and my fans have gone through.”

The fragrance will retail for $55 per bottle and launch exclusively on HSN on August 13th. It will also be available on HSN.com. Mary’s also using the perfume launch to help one of her favourite charities: for every bottle purchased, one dollar will be donated to FFAWN, the Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now, a charity Blige founded to help women in need through scholarships, grants and other aid programs.
