Nominations for the 2011 Juno Awards announced

The nominations for this year’s Juno Awards were announced this morning and leading the way with six nominations are Montreal indie rockers Arcade Fire and Toronto rapper Drake, who just so happens to be hosting the ceremony on Sunday, March 27th.

Other multiple nominees coming away with four each include Broken Social Scene [Group of the Year, Alternative Album of the Year, Video of the Year and Music DVD of the Year], Hedley [JUNO Fan Choice, Single of the Year for "Perfect", Album of the Year and Video of the Year], Johnny Reid [JUNO Fan Choice, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Country Album of the Year] and today’s New.Music.Live. special guest, Justin Bieber [JUNO Fan Choice, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Pop Album of the Year].

Celebrating its 40th anninversary in 2011, the Junos will take place in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre. Watch it live on CTV.

I am pissed to see that EMINEM is only nominated once..he should b nominated for artist of the year and single for the year..theres to many crap bands out there..EMINEM deserves every rap album since he out sold every rapper this year.just an opinion...but nominated only once is horseshit!

So excited for the Juno's. I'm really hoping Hedley takes home a Juno. It's about damn time they do!
