Olly Murs and Flo Rida have release a video for their collaboration Troublemaker and I’m definitely having trouble liking it. The concept includes Olly following a girl who can’t hold down a job or manage to smile and for some reason we’re supposed to believe he’s attracted to either of those qualities. Flo Rida’s verse features the rapper standing in front of a car while two scantily clad women dance behind him. Pretty original and exciting, I know.
It’s too bad the director instead didn’t just focus on Murs and his scenes of dancing down a sidewalk. The UK singer is a one-man show and is more than capable of hamming it up for the camera for the full three minutes. It would have saved viewers from wondering why he’s interested in a girl that makes Kristen Stewart look downright gleeful.
