The boys of One Direction will be going to Florida this month to write and record part of their second album with their friends in Boyce Avenue.
Boyce Avenue opened for 1D on their recent U.K. tour and in a recent interview with the Daily Star, Boyce Avenue’s Daniel Manzano discussed their plans to work with the Brit-pop superstars. “We’re meeting up to see what they think of some ideas we’ve got for them. We’ve got a studio right by the beach, so it’s a cool place for bands to come and write with us.”
Just a couple of months ago, One Direction also spent some time in Stockholm, Sweden to record some songs with Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub and Savan Kotcha, who co-wrote the hits, What Makes You Beautiful and One Thing.
There’s no word yet on what the new One Direction album will be called, but a spokesperson for the group has confirmed that the album will be released by the end of the year.
