Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day across Canada and we here at Much are big supporters of the cause which aims to raise money and awareness for mental health. It’s super easy to join the conversation and make a change: 5¢ will be donated to mental health initiatives for every every text message, mobile and long distance call made (via Bell products), every tweet using the hashtag #BellLetsTalk and every Facebook share of the Bell Let’s Talk image. So whether you know someone who suffers from a mental health issue or you yourself are battling your own mental health problems, take a few seconds out of your day and do your charitable deed right now.
Our very own VJs have also opened up about their experiences with mental health, be it regarding anxiety and depression or suicide. Take a look at their inspirational stories and messages below and know that you’re not alone in this — we should all feel comfortable enough to share our stories and have meaningful discussions about these topics.
