P. Reign “Ill Life” (Video)

Toronto’s P. Reign gets awfully deep on the latest video from his When It Reigns It Pours mixtape. In the video, he cruises along the Gardiner Expressway, and pays respect to his late brother, three-year-old son and estranged “pops.” He also drops some lyrical bombs that could be misconstrued as bitter towards the reception he’s had in his home country. Decide for yourself: “Whatever doesn’t kill me gotta me stronger/Code name Canada, a country I have conquered/And for this lonely country I’d give anything/In return I’ve gained nothing and lost everything.”
