Paris… back in jail!

She’s in, she’s out, she’s in, she’s out. No, this is not another Paris Hilton sex tape recap, it’s her incarceration status. She’s been placed back in jail! No word yet on why…

UPDATE: the original judge who sentenced Paris was the one who ordered her back to jail. Apparently, she’ll be in there the full 45 days now. Wow.

Hey! I think Paris doesn’t deserve to be on house arrest! She should still be in jail! I mean, for famous,, rich, celebs, there house would be a dream!! So, if she’s on house arrest, she could just go in her million doller pool, or mabey even workout in her own personal gym? Just because she’s rich and famous, doesn’t mean she can get away from arrest!!

ya, i really think that it’s a good thing they put her back in jail. first, they cut her sentence down to 23 days. then they let her keep her extensions and all that crap. i mean i do agree that if she had a cellmate and that she was put with the rest of the women, that she would for sure get beat up. but i mean really, just cause she’s paris hilton she get’s special treatment? that’s not right. if a celebrity doesn’t get treated the same way like anyone else, good or bad, there is something wrong with the government.

I think it sucks Paris is in jail.

They’re just using her to make an example, and its wrong. Its not like she did anything that bad.

All the haters are just ignorant bitter people. I mean, anybody who gets put in jail will try to get out early through any loophole available.

And if they wouldn’t, it can’t be helped that they’re chumps.

Hahaha i think she deserves it! yes she maybe a “celebrity” but she is still a god damn human being. And last time i checked, for us human beings when we make mistake you pay the proper conceqence. So, news flash Paris Hilton its time to suck it up princess!

So, Paris doesn’t think it’s fair that she has to spend 45 days behind bars for driving under the influence and for driving TWICE afterwards with a suspended license due to her DUI.

You know what’s really unfair? The hundreds -maybe more- of parents who each year have to bury a child due to drunk driving.

Yeah, 45 days seems REAL harsh.

Paris Hilton what should i say well i say she should be in jail cause she deserves it just like any other person that would be in jail,yah she may be rich but richer or poor doesnt mean were not the same and now shes now house arrest..and she shouldnt be on house arrest she gots everything there god knows what well for a fact i think paris doesnt even know how to song or act;)

paris may be a celebrity but also she is a bitch because she thinks shes all that she desserves to be in jail till she dies.she does not need special treatment cause she is a rich bitch celebrity.

I do agree she should have stayed in jail because this will make her realize that life isn’t all that easy. She is learning her lesson and I really feel people should just leave her alone especially the media. They are really making it hard for her. She is still pretty young. I think she will walk out of jail a new and better person.
