Patrick Stump needs your help for his solo album

Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump has been working on his debut solo album for over a year, but needs your help on finishing the record. The emo-rock singer has explored a more pop sound for his new album and seems to have hit his stride with the song Spotlight. Stump has recorded two versions of the song, including Spotlight (New Regrets) and Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia). The singer is turning to fans to help him decide which version of Spotlights should make it onto his album, due out in 2011.

The two versions, found below, are not only a huge departure from Fall Out Boys sound, but also from one another. My thoughts? Both are impressive tracks that should be included on the new album.
