I have a confession. Two confessions, actually.

One: I have the Pussy Cat Dolls on my iPod, I have purchased no less than two (2) ringtones, and I watched every episode of The Search For The Next Doll.

Two: I hate the word “Girlicious”.

Despite my annoyance with the term, and the fact that I’ll soon be hearing it an average of once per minute, me and my reality TV show loving ass will totally be tuning in to see the premiere of Pussy Cat Dolls Present: G**lic***s on February 19. I’ve heard through the grapevine that episode one is amaymay and besides, it’ll be the perfect companion piece for Top Model, which starts on February 20.

So the premise is that Robin Antin (creator of PCD) wants to make herself another girly group (cause we all know adding another doll to PCD didn’t really work out as planned), and as you may have guessed, the group will be called … *shudder* .. Girlicious. Dude, pre-naming a group is like the ultimate move in manufacturing, but I guess the personality of the group as a whole is already pre-determined – and they have no shame about the fact that this is a manufactured product. We all know people will eat it up.

The Dolls are once again going to make cameos, but it will be interesting to see how much Nicole is involved. And will we see appearances from any of last year’s faves? Chelsea, mayhaps? Or will they separate themselves from season one altogether?

Based on pictures alone, I have one early favourite: Jamie. The rest of ‘em – well, they’ll have to prove themselves with winning personalities and sangin’ voices!

Oh, and PS: we’re going to be doing weekly recaps for y’all betches – with amusing visuals and accoutrements! They shall be both picturelicious and hilariouslicious.
