Pharrell stars in avant-garde Chinese film

Though we know him as a premiere hip-hop producer, MC and member of N*E*R*D, Pharrell Williams is the star of a new short film called The Ear.
Directed by Chinese artist Yi Zhou, the film is pretty avant-garde, featuring Pharrell cutting up vegetables before noticing that, yep, his ear has mysteriously been sliced off.
From there it travels inside an ear canal and then, well, we got a bit lost at that point.
For the lack of a better word, it’s… interesting.
