PLL Question: Is Fantasizing Considered Cheating?

Okay, here’s the biggest question of the week: was Aria cheating on Mr. Fitz by fantasizing about Jason? (yeah, we know they kissed at the end…but before that part!). If you’re in a relationship with someone and you’ve decided to be exclusive with each other, then are you allowed to fantastize about other people?

The other person will never know, right? But should you feel guilty? Is that cheating?

Fantasizing could lead (as Aria expertly demonstrated) to the real thing, whether you intended it that way or not. And is it different if a girl does it versus if a boy does it? And if you’re caught thinking about someone else (oh believe me, there’s ways to tell!) because it was only your thoughts/dreams, were you technically cheating?

So what do you say? Is fantasizing considered cheating? Do you feel guilty if you do it? Or do you enjoy escaping your relationship for a few seconds? You tell me (and Aria).
