Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale and Chris Zylka split

Pretty Little Liar’s star Lucy Hale and boyfriend Chris Zylka have called it quits. After publicly announcing their relationship in March, the two where seen on a number of red carpets together. Hale tweeted many photos of The Amazing Spider-Man star over the course of their relationship, with the two praising each other on the social media site late in 2011.

With news of the relationship beginning on Twitter, it only makes sense that Twitter is also the location to share the end of the couple’s time together. When a fan tweeted at Chris Zylka last night commenting on Hale, Zylka responded “Don’t have a girlfriend — she decided she was too good.” So it’s going to be that kind of break up.

Zylka has since deleted the tweet, but did follow up with “Never any disrespect towards anyone. Only if you say what you say you should stick to it. If you say you love then love” and “If you all even knew :(“. For her part, Hale has remained mum on the topic, keeping her tweets break up-free.
