Prince Charles made a surprise stop at the Glastonbury music festival on Thursday in Somerset, England. Nearly 100,000 festival goers were already at the site of the festival although it officially kicks off on Friday.
Prince Charles was greeted by Two Door Cinema Club and Alex James from Blur. His short tour also took him onstage, to a Water Aid stall and a meet and greet with the crew at one of the stages. Headliners for this year’s festival include Muse, Stevie Wonder and Gorillaz.
Some female attendees may have been hoping for a duo of younger, studlier royals.Tweet
