So, I’m about to recap a recap. *Head explodes*
And thus, with my demise, Natalie gets her ultimate revenge on my train of haterade. But, but, baby - it’s a love-hate relationship! I think you could be perfect for this group, but cha just need to grow up a little. That’s all.
Rambling over, recap beginning - of a recap, remember. Yes, this is the much loathed reality TV clip show, the episode that apparently lets the production people take a breather while the audience only grows hungry for MORE ELIMINATIONS! MORE DRAMA! (But does the production crew really get a breather? Do we really need to re-live everything that got us to this point?) We are promised new fights! New tears! Big surprises! And the heart of all that is Girlicious - pole dancing! Damn you, voice over man, enticing me with your big sells.
Luckily, this particular clip show included many a juicy never-before-seen moment, so I’ll keep the what-we-know to a minimum and the what-is-new-to-us to a comfortable maximum. LIKE THIS!!!
Double-you. Tee. Eff. What we have here is a genuine Girl-exorcist, but thankfully this show was looking for sex kittens and not half-demons. Nah, that’s just long-gone Keisha demonstrating her creepy hidden talent. Fun fact: Nichole is double jointed.
Hey, remember when Charlotte wanted to borrow Natalie’s boots, and Nat was all, “no wai, betch.” Good times. I love how Charlotte manages to check herself out in the mirror mid-argument:
What we know: Jenna in a wheelchair, JC Chasez comes and sings, the girls move into their house and Natalie feels like she’s getting the credit she deserves, blah blah blah.
One time, I guess Jenna told Charlye that she wasn’t coming correct with her style. Jenna said she KNOWS this business, and Charlye’s not dressin’ right. Charlye was all, “girrrrrl, I look good.” It was boring.
Not boring are shocking never before seen clips of Tiffanie on a hula hoop rampage! Watch out! She’ll scream at you and get you with her hoop!
Fun fact: Tiffanie is actually a tyrannosaurus rex.
“I’m naturally dramatic. I over-exaggerate everything. Everything I do is dramatic … Either you’re gonna love me, or you’re gonna hate me.” So true, Tiffers. Check the comments section - people totally heart her, or they hate her. Same with Natalie. Those two are on opposite ends of the diva, love-to-hate spectrum. They’re both obnoxious, and they’re both perfect reality TV typecasts. Their exaggerated personalities are what make this show worth watching.
Speaking of Tiffanie being obnoxious, we are shown a moment where Robin gives the girls a basket of free make-up. They go Oprah audience nutsoid. These girls are way too excitable. But then there’s Tiffanie, who freaks out and takes all the make-up she can hold.
These are the moments where you’re like, ok girl. Calm down. It’s called sharing - you learned it when you were 3.
OH. Then Robin brings out the “Pole Dancing Expert”, which is actually what I wanted to be when I grew up. At first the girls are excited when this blonde woman walks out, cause they think she’s a Pussycat Doll, but then they’re like, “oh. it’s just some lady”. Everyone then practices working a pole: it’s for the greater good.
If you have a “tattoo cherries on your hoo-ha”, you’re going to be good at the pole. It’s only natural.
Alexis, however, is uncomfortable with the whole situation and decides to sit out cause her grandparents are watching.
I hope she knows that she did sign up to join the group “Girlicious”. Poles will be involved. It’s like when girls on Top Model don’t want to do the nude shoots. It’s all part & parcel.
I know boy-briefs are supposed to be sexy on girls, but I think they got the wrong type. These kind of just look like adult diapers.

Mikey can shimmy on me anytime. He’s always got plenty of lip gloss and his t-shirts keep me entertained.
Here, Robin explains that to do a proper dancing butt fondle, just pretend like you’re wiping your ass. Totally changes your perspective of the whole thing, doesn’t it?
Jenna’s work ethic is called into question, Chrystina sulks about being in the bottom 2, makeover time, Jamie freaks out when they make her hair orange, blah, blah, blah.
I’m sorry to bring back a sad moment, but it must be noted that when Natalie’s grandmother died and almost everybody was consoling her, Nichole was singing quite loudly in the next room. Chrystina yells at her to stop. Nichole is like, “hey, it’s a singing competition. Why would you get offended?”
I dunno man, I find that pretty rude. What do you guys think?
Another “never before seen” clip shows Robin bringing out a dancer for inspiration before the dancing-with-boys challenge (during which Carrie actually got throw-uppy sick). And OH MY GOD, it’s MY OLD HIP HOP DANCE TEACHER NATALLI!!!
Speaking of the boys from the dancing challenge, they all came back to the house for some rabblerousery. WHY this wasn’t on the original episode is beyond me because the hijinx are in full throttle (ok, so it was probably because they wanted to showcase the major fight that happened later instead, but do you know what I’m saying? The following things needed to be seen on the show):
Carrie: “My boyfriend’s gonna have a heart attack!”
And then there’s Chrystina with her “natural chemistry” boy, who ACTUALLY SAYS, “maybe like, I don’t know, you should give me something to… remember … tonight by.” WHO SAYS THAT? Soldiers in WWII movies, that’s who.
Tiffanie, Charlye and Nichole are shown chilling on the couch during all of this, as Tiffanie explains the whole situation as a “hot mess.” She’s like, “half of them have boyfriends.” Here’s the thing. When girls on reality shows are put in a house, and boys are added to the equation, someone in a relationship ALWAYS MESSES UP.
When the boys leave, The Big Fight (TM) happens. We don’t need to talk about it again, but we sure need to see this again - Natalie telling Tiffanie to take it down a notch:
Shh, everybody. Natalie has the speaking fork.
Aww, you guys. This fight makes me miss Jamie. You know, with her watching it and giggling and stuff.
We see Natalie storming out on Kenn again, and a new scene where she breaks down and talks to Jenna about it. We see Carrie and Chrystina listening to the other team practice “Emotion” and making sour faces at the off-pitch-ness of it all. Then, a “Life Coach to the Celebrities” shows up to tell all the girls what she thinks about them.
Natalie: “You have suppressed anger. … You’re cocky enough.”
Chrystina: “I sense a little identity confusion.”
Tiffanie: “I’m sure you’re powerful. I bet you could blow the room out.” Actually, Life Coach to the Stars Susanna, that’s been done.
And oh, my god there’s yet another fight that hasn’t been seen. Before Jenna got eliminated, Tiffanie says she thought Natalie was lying when she explained why she walked out on Kenn. They fight. I’m getting lazy and don’t want to talk about it. Basically Tiffanie’s like, “you misrepresented the situation” and Natalie is all, “no I didn’t”, and then fast forward to Natalie telling Tiffanie that she’s a negative nancy and that it’s “not all hood here” and “would you hit me if we were in the streets?” Tiffanie is all,
*count to ten, count to ten*
I guess cause once Tiffanie told Natalie, “if this was the streets…” and Natalie was like, “ok, if this was the streets, then what?” I don’t know. These bitches are way over my head right now, I don’t even want to think about it. *Eyes glazing*
Next week: Chrystina in a group with her RIVALS! Carrie has trouble?!

Sooo some of my opinion on some girls changed…how could Carrie SAY that on TV and go off with another guy like its funny? As well as half the other girls…reality show or not
makes me sad! And I probably should have expected this, but a lot of girls a sooo two faced…ps. This episode made me miss Jamie!

heey that was awesomee when the were dancing for the challenge i reallly enjoyed watching! i love Crystina he my fav!! it was really coolhow the guys got to hang out after that too! It was really cute when crystina was with her dance partner in the piano room it wass veryy adorable!!

okay.. i think natalie and tiffanie are both ridiculous. these girls need to chill.. natalie always starts things, and tiffanie is crazy. Jamie was one of my favourites. she shouldnt have left!!!

I know Tiffanie is “real” but there is a difference between being honest and being rude and she’s rude. And as for her “I like to bring the drama. It’s fun to me.” attitude, that’s the kind of thing that will tear a girl group apart.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate her or anything, I just think she has some issues. I also don’t think she’s as great as everyone thinks she is. She doesn’t have an interesting voice or tone..I think the world must be tone deaf. However I do think she is very pretty.
Nichole isn’t as great as everyone thinks she is either. Her look is generic and her singing voice is kind of whiney, And the looks she gives everyone irritates the hell out of me, She’s not a very interesting personality either, I would even say she’s boring…you know like the pretty girl in school who just sits in her desk and looks at her nails and never talks to anyone because she thinks she’s better than everyone.
As for Natalie’s “Beauty is a talent comment.” I understand what she’s talking about. For girls beauty is in a way a talent, I don’t mean the act of being beautiful but the act of grooming and such. Girls have makeup, hair, and clothes which all have to be done right so, in a way she makes sense.
Anyway, I just thought I’d write something since I have nothing better to do. When’s the next episode anyway?

I think that Chystina, Natalie, and Nichole will be the last 3 remaining. I seriously dislike Tiffanie but I don’t like the other girls too much. The Search for the Next Pussycat Doll definitely had a better pool of girls to work with. Remember Melissa R and Chelsea anyone? But if I had to choose for Girlicious I’d say that Tiffanie is a goner this week no matter what the judges say, she’s so annoying with her tough act. But all the other girls are mad bitches too…

I think Natalie and Tiffanie will stay up until the end, because without them, honetly…. it will be boring. They won’t be put in a group, because they cannot get along with anyone! Drama is fun to watch, but not fun in real life or a girl group. Natalie is full of shit, so you can’t really get far in life with that.

I love these recaps, they make my day.
M’kay well my opinion on some of the girls have totally changed besides Tiffanie. Yeah she’s a crazy drama queen but you have to admit, she’s the most entertaining. I used to love Carrie but after seeing her prance off with another dude either cause she found it funny or she was supid drunk was just not cool! I still love her voice but jeez, it’s just a disappointment to find out how fake they are…
Secondly, I completely agree about the Nichole comment. You don’t start SINGING when someone has passed away, what’s wrong with you?? Another disappointment.
Third, COME BACK ILISA AND JAMIE!!! I miss ‘em! They were great and very mature about everything.
I really don’t want Natalie to win. She’s someone I just love to hate. Why would anyone want her to stay after ditching Kenn and being a whiney B**** all the time? I don’t understand. Natalie, go home.

if it was up to me i would have had chrystina natalie and jenna in a group. i think the three of them together would sell for sure.
but in the end its gonna be christina and natalie and either carrie or nichole. they will throw in a blond for sure. so the group looks a lil more diverse. so one of the blondes will make it for sure. guaranteed.
i think tiffanie is annoying. charlie has a bad attitude and seems stuck up. she handled the situation with christina winning the dancing with the partner challenge really immaturely. so you lost? big woop you still made it into second place. pat yourself on the back and get over it.
if charlie or tiffany get chosen i’ll be really dissapointed.

I agree with Rayne.Natalie and Chrystina should go home. Acting like they r already girlicious. If those bitches didn’t have their looks, they would have nothin going for them. I hope they know they need to have books smart in entertainment business, you can’t alway get by on your looks. Tell me why is it pretty women like Natalie can’t be happy with the fact that they pretty. Its like they have to stump on the girl that are not so pretty. Melissa you dont even know what you are talking about. Nichole is not fake at all. And yes she was singing at the wrong time and the wrong place but hello? Nobody is perfect. And yes I do feel bad that Natalie lost her grandma but that’s Karma. Everything comes back to you in spades, and if she keeps acting like a total bitch diva then something else bad is going to happen to her. She need to go home. And TIffanie is not rude. When she approached Natalie she wasn’t rude, she worded herself eloquently and confronted the situation with maturity. ANd Natalie was totally bullshitting because it even flashed back to when Tiffanie DID tell her to go back in there. I want Nichole and Charlye in for sure and then either Tiffanie or Carrie. I think that this episode was sort of pointless. I mean, all that was shown was more drama, that happened centuries ago. I think that Natalie can’t live without some sort of attention, because she cries like there’s no tomorrow. Personally, I want her gone. I know that Tiffanie’s crazy, but she seems like one of the only semi - normal girls left. I think that Charlye is too sensitive, and a sore loser, though she has potential. I HATE Chrystina because she is super annoying. I think that Carrie made some stupid moves with the boys in the house. Nichole is … eh. I think that Girlicious will be okay. I probably sound really mean right now, but that’s because my favourites were sent home, like Alexis and Jamie.

This was a pointless episode! First of all, I was really pissed off to see it advertised as a new episode and then I ended up watching a “recap” episode…it was very much a “WTF?!” moment….anyhow…
SHOCKER - not really - there is cattiness in the house! Ok, not really the shock of the century. However, some great points have been raised:
1. From the get go I’ve thought Natalie is certainly pretty and can perform (I’m not taking that away from her), although she certainly isn’t Whitney Houston, although she has a great filler voice. I keep hearing she’s off key from the contestants but she’s not off, it’s more like she has a girl groupish filler voice (like S-Club or something)…which isn’t bad since it is a contest for a girl’s GROUP! That being said, she seems like one of those jock diva biotches from high school…you know what I’m talking about I’m sure. She is right about the grooming thing being an art form though. **Has anyone noticed her ears stick out though when her hair’s back??? She looks great with it down, but back not so much.
Tiffanie: Wow…certainly an entertainment factor (and yes Jamie was hilarious during that fight!) and I think she is rude, but based on the footage, she has never been back biting exactly or dishonest. Over the frickin top? yes. Good performer? yes. Great singer? …. not so much…you’re always waiting for her to go off-key. She’s ok, but that ruins it for me.
Nicholle is like Natalie: a great filler voice, good performer, cute enough (although I think Natalie is better looking and less generic), and is also kind of catty. I mean WTF? The singing in the NEXT room was really ignorant. I realize they aren’t close like Crystina and she are, but come on Nicholle - get with the manners. Other than that, I think she’s ok. **Anyone else think she looks like Mandy Moore?
Charlye: Great singer and performer. She needs to brush up on her coothe for sure but I usually agree with her…I mean, Jenna was dancing like a stripper…come on Jenna, you know it’s true deep down. Charlye did not need to be all Tyra about it though…I mean, only Tyra can be that direct and come across as cool (well except when she’s doing that incredibly annoying “I see ____ beautiful women in front of me, but I only have ____ photos in my hand….” speech lol) I disgress. I like Charlye but she does need to wrap her mind around the fact that honesty can be politely stated.
Jenna was pretty. An amazing singer. She had a really neat way of performing that did work for her, but not a spunky group…I just don’t get why Robin selected her if she didn’t like that type of performing…It’s not like Jenna faked being Jessica Simpson and turned into Jessica Rabbit once the top 10 hit! **Now if she was lazier than the rest in rehearsal, that I take issue with because that’s unfair.
Anyhow…that’s my beef!
P.S. I almost shat myself when I read the part about the “Speaking Fork” because I totally thought that when I watched the show…awesome that you thought of that too.

Losing your grandma isn’t Karma Taylor lol…but yes, I do think Natalie is a catty person. I also just about barfed when Crystina got all pouty etc. and put up a serious attitude when she was in the bottom 2 the first time. There’s being sad, and then there’s being “how could that happen to MOI?”. I think she’s probably the most overrated one. She’s not that pretty (not to be confused with ugly or average, I mean THAT pretty), she’s got a serious attitude problem, and frankly, for all this talk of “potential”, why then does she never rise up to it? … oh wait she apparently did that night with “Dim all the Light’s” and when she had “chemistry” with her dance partner. Sorry, but I thought it was a contest about choreography and NOT a contest to see who had chemistry with their partner. Charlye was right about that and should have won (although she shouldn’t have been so mean about it and sour grapes either). Oh and let’s pretend she’d be so insulted by Nicholle’s singing if it wasn’t her “bestfriend” crying over her grandmother. groan…although I do think Nicholle could have found another room to practice in. Funnily enough I dislike Chrystina more than I dislike Natalie.
