While Kanye West is still in his studio in Hawaii, sources connected to the rapper are revealing possible cameos on Kanye’s upcoming album.
Q-Tip confirmed that he’s been working with Kanye in a recent interview, saying “So right now I’m working on Nas’ s**t about to work with Kanye on his s**t.” RZA and Pete Rock have also been spotted at Kanye’s Hawaii studio, according to Roc4Life.com.
Billboard.com is speculating that since Q-Tip, Pete Rock and RZA are all credited with pioneering New York hip hop, Kanye’s upcoming album is likely to have a more traditional East coast sound.
The album – rumoured to be called “Good Ass Job” – is expected to drop sometime in June.Tweet
