50 Cent has Interscope Records in a choke hold as he canceled his upcoming album that was due out in November. Fifty leaked a new song “I’m On It” this morning and he’s threatening to leak a Dr.Dre’s new song “Psycho” at 2 p.m. today. Read more at HipHopDX.
The Beasties Boys released a full EP of nothing but “Don’t Play No Game” remixes. The original version from their album ‘Hot Sauce Committee Part 2’ features Santigold. The real Bill Bellamy responds to Lil B’s “Bill Bellamy”. Bellamy tells XXL, “I clicked on the link [on YouTube] and I immediately start laughing. It’s catchy ’cause it’s so ridiculous. Lil Wayne was on the July/August cover of XXL Magazine wearing a FLI PELICAN t-shirt that got the hip hop world talking. The gray, long-sleeve with the phrase “NO SUCKA S##T” was designed but Nino Corleone for the Atlanta-based brand. Fli Pelican’s goal is to take street wear and blend it with luxury garments and materials. Recently, Nino spoke with Vibe Magazine about his YMCMB collaboration and what’s next for the brand.
