Pauly D has got a lot going on beyond the shore. He’s been the opening act for Britney Spear’s Femme Fatale tour, he’s pending a three-album deal with G-Unit, and he’s finalizing his own Pauly D branded headphones. When XXL asked about the deal he says, “50 cent has also been somebody I look up to. We ended up linking up and we just clicked. We hit it off immediately with the music and everything like that. So, I’m definitely gonna be working with him. There’s been talks about the album and the headphones. I’m looking forward to working with that as well.” Read more here.
Not that it’s any surprise but The Weeknd will be featured a number of times on Drake’s sophomore album, ‘Take Care’. Drizzy says of The Weeknd, “Not only did he inspire me to get out there and sing better on stage, he inspired me writing wise, music wise, just to better my product. He’s on my album a lot. Dr.Dre is selling 51% of Beats Electronics to HTC for $309 million. Dre started the company with Geffen A&M Records CEO Jimmy Iovine and they have Beats headphones that are celebrity-endorsed by Lady Gaga, Diddy, and Justin Bieber. HTC plans to incorporate Beats technology into their phones by the end of the year. Read more at Rap-Up.
Machine Gun Kelly calls LeBron James, “a really poor example of a human being.” Kelly, who’s a Cleveland native, has built up hate for the Miami superstar saying, “I don’t really like [LeBron] at all.
