Lotus has named Swizz Beatz the Vice President of Creative Design & Global Marketing. Apparently this isn’t totally out of left-field as many auto companies have been naming celebrities head of creative positions but here is Lotus’ reasoning behind picking Swizz,

So what makes Swizz Beatz the perfect man to add to the Lotus line-up? Three little facts:

1. Like Group Lotus, he means business: He’s a risk taker with considerable credentials including music producer, rapper, designer AND painter.

2. Like our cars, he’s multi award winning: This year he shared a Grammy Award with Jay-Z.

3. Like Group Lotus he keeps good company: This man regularly works with the likes of Bono, Kanye West, Beyoncé and Alicia Keys.

Wale released the cover art and track list for his upcoming ‘The Eleven One Eleven Theory’. There is not a lot of superstar features but probably because Wale thinks is music is good enough without any help. View the track list and cover art here.

‘The Throne’ captures the number one spot on Billboard Album Charts. 436,079 copies sold. This is from 320,893 digital units and 115,186 physical copies sold. Also, Watch the Throne is Kanye West’s fifth number one album and Jay-Z’s 12th top-seller. Congratulations, read more at Hypetrak.
