RapCity A.M. News Round Up: The Throne Tour Changed Around & More

The Throne tour has been changed around just like the album itself. It appears that they have cancelled about half of the tour dates including their stop in Montreal and the Toronto and Vancouver dates have been moved to November 23rd and December 18th respectively. Read more at Pitchfork.

Diddy’s crew got stopped in the Nice Cote d’Azur airport last week while trying to bring Ciroc overseas for his St. Tropez parties. Apprently Diddy wanted to have Ciroc at all his events but that proved too much for the French feds. Diddy almost cancelled a party because a rival vodka was being served at the venue. Until ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’ is released on September 27th, J. Cole will give us something new every Sunday for free. J.Cole said on his website that it might be, “just 1 song, maybe a video, depending on how I’m feeling. September 27! Apparently Soulja Boy doesn’t have G5 status or any type of financial status. The rapper’s spokesperson says that the news of his supposed $55 million private jet is a rumour and false. The word is now that the 21-year-old owes the state of California about $26,805 in back taxes, and $3,500 to Mississippi. Last year his Georgia home was also foreclosed. But good news “Crank That” fans, Soulja Boy is still making music and dropped his EP, ‘21’ yesterday. The bad news for SB is it’s for free. Read more at XXL.
